Privacy policy
This policy covers the flirtdrama app and its content service. The information used depends on the features you choose. The sections about Google sign-in and purchases apply when those features are offered.

You can also request account and data deletion without reinstalling the app.
Information used by the service
- On your device: watch history, episode progress, favorites, likes, language preferences, reminder settings and saved feedback drafts. These local viewing and preference records are not currently synchronized to a registered account. A saved feedback draft is not sent to support.
- Guest rewards: a generated guest identifier, a credential used to recognize this installation, coin balance, check-in dates and reward history. The service stores a hash of the guest credential. Signing in can transfer eligible guest rewards to your registered account.
- Google sign-in: Google provides an identity token containing an account identifier and available profile information. We verify it and store your Google identifier, a hashed identifier, display name, our account identifier and account/session records. The token may contain additional profile information. We do not ask for your Google password.
- Purchases, when offered: Google Play product identifiers, purchase tokens and purchase states are sent to our service for verification and delivery of coins or access. The service stores purchase, balance, entitlement, refund/reversal and reconciliation records. Purchase tokens retained by the server are encrypted. An app-specific obfuscated account identifier is shared with Google Play to associate a purchase with your account. Payment-card details are handled by Google Play rather than an app payment-card form.
- Install and session measurement: The Android app includes Adjust to measure app installs and sessions and understand where installs come from. When available, Adjust receives the Google Advertising ID or other device/app identifiers, device and SDK information, and app launches/session activity for attribution, measurement and fraud prevention. Install and session measurement starts when the Android app starts.
- In-app support requests: If you send a request in Help center, the service receives the issue type, your description, a request identifier and the signed-in account or guest-session binding. You may optionally include a Google Play order number and choose to share the app version. The service stores the request, status, replies and timestamps so you can follow up. Writing a draft alone does not submit it. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, identity tokens, purchase tokens or payment-card details.
- Requests and help: API and media requests reveal network information such as IP address, standard request headers and the requested resource. Requested media can indicate which content you access. If you email support, the email provider and we receive the information you include.
Why information is used
We use this information to deliver content, remember your choices, authenticate accounts, manage rewards and purchases, check access, prevent duplicate credits and abuse, investigate service problems, handle support or privacy requests, and measure app installs and sessions. Signed-in session credentials use encrypted device storage. Guest credentials and other preferences use the app's private storage.
Service providers
The API is hosted using Alibaba Cloud. Media delivery, when available, uses Cloudflare R2 separately from the API. These providers receive the information needed to handle the requests they serve. Google provides Google sign-in, Google Play billing and the email service used for the contact address. Adjust provides the install and session measurement described above. Provider privacy information is available in their policies: Google, Cloudflare, Alibaba Cloud, and Adjust. Providers may operate infrastructure outside your country; this policy does not promise a particular storage country.
Retention and account deletion
Local records remain until you remove them or clear the app's storage. Clearing watch history also removes playback progress and keeps favorites. Clearing Android app storage removes local app data; it does not by itself delete server accounts or cancel purchases.
Account and reward records support your ongoing use. Registered-account deletion removes the active Google identifier and display name, invalidates sign-in sessions, clears the account's active check-in history and resets the coin balance. Related reward-credit transaction entries may remain as described below. Guest reward deletion removes that guest's server balance and check-in history. See the deletion page for the available paths and the records that remain.
We retain limited account/deletion identifiers and purchase, entitlement, balance-transaction and anti-abuse records to reconcile purchases and refunds, prevent duplicate credits, and prevent an old backup from restoring a deleted identity or session. These retained records do not currently have a fixed automatic expiry. They are not erased merely by signing out or deleting the app. Infrastructure logs and provider records have their own retention controls. Contact the privacy address with questions or requests concerning retained information.
In-app support requests and replies are stored for handling and following up on support. Contact the privacy address with questions about their retention or deletion. You can also contact us about measurement information processed through Adjust. Deleting a flirtdrama account does not itself send a separate erasure request to Adjust.
Your choices
You can clear local watch history, manage favorites and language, change notification permission in Android, sign out, delete guest reward data, or request registered-account deletion. Notification permission, if granted, supports on-device check-in reminders. You can contact us about access, correction or deletion of information; identifying the relevant account may require verification. Account deletion does not delete your Google account or cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage subscriptions separately in Google Play.
